If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us at help@neednutrition.co.
Unopened products - Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return postage unless item is faulty/incorrect.
Opened products - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sachets.
Faulty or incorrect items - If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds - Issued within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the return.
